This means you will need to wait for your holster production time before receiving those items. If you want your other products shipped right away, please place a separate order without the Valor Duty Holster.
Valor Return Policy
Due to the highly customized nature and extensive configurability of the Valor Duty Holster, orders cannot be canceled once placed. Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is in new condition and in its original packaging. Non-Cordura® wrapped holsters are subject to a 15% restocking fee, while Cordura® wrapped holsters are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and an additional $15 return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund to cover the return label. Used, damaged, or further customized items are not eligible for return.
